"Fruit flys and ants everywhere. The tv and phone did not work the week we were there, they would come try and fix and we would leave to only come back and it still not work. 18 year olds running up and down the hall from 11pm till 5am every night. The worst liquor possible unless you waited till dinner time and went to the piano bar. Minimal buffet food but it was repetitive. Unfortunately the staff wasn’t much better. Such a disappointing week!"

"We loved the friendly staff who catered to our needs, the location plus access to Atlantis and spaciousness of the room, and the free breakfast that really helped us save time and money. Would totally come back to this hotel! We could tell that the rooms were old, but it was clean and didn’t really matter to us."

"Place was clean beds and pillows comfortable. Waiters/staff around pool not efficient they don’t walk around often enough, just not great service around pool area. Nice facilities breakfast was great but $39 for eggs and potatoes daily was quite steep. Place was in great area in the middle of many places walkable to straw Market nice and convenient"
