"Wonderful stay! Just the right amount of space for four couples—no one felt on top of each other. Our first family vacation with all the significant others, and it couldn’t have gone better. Loved the puzzles and games—things got hilariously competitive after dark. Perfect, quiet neighborhood. We’d come back in a heartbeat!"

"Our stay at this home was definitely 5 stars! The location was easily accessible to anywhere in Albuquerque. The home was beautifully decorated inside and out. The host truly did think of everything a family might or would need during their stay. The host kept in contact to ensure we had everything we needed throughout the week.There were games to play, a piano, pool table, jacuzzi, and beautiful trials to hike right behind the house. The sunsets and views of Albuquerque from the house were gorgeous.If we ever get back to Albuquerque, we hope this home will be available for our stay! We absolutely loved it! "While to pool was closed (probably weather as it was storming, not sure), the room was basic but clean and comfortable, while the staff was ok. Dining at the place across the street at the Owl Cafe was really great."

"We did not stay at this property. Upon arrival, we were extremely uncomfortable with the environment—there were prostitutes outside the building, and the area felt unsafe. When we checked in, we were only given one towel, and when we asked for more, we were told we'd have to wait until some were washed. This alone was unacceptable, but the condition of the room made things worse. It had an overpowering smell of must and cigarettes, and the overall cleanliness and atmosphere were far below any reasonable standard. We left immediately. We did not feel safe and could not stay even one night. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property."

"I highly recommend this rental. It is very clean and well maintained. Great size for a family of 4. The kitchen had full size appliances with enough dishes, pots/pans, utensils to cook meals. The neighborhood was safe. Nice views of the city from the back porch."
