Key Lime Cottage - MINUTES from the beach, Ocean Center, Pictona & downtown!!

Unwind at this peaceful, coastal cottage. Located only a block off the Halifax River you can enjoy riverfront bike riding, walks, fishing, nature and wildlife! In less than 5 minutes you have the famous Daytona beach, grocery stores, shopping and restaurants & things to do, which are featured in my Guest Guidebook!!

When you arrive to the peaceful, cozy Key Lime Cottage you will walk into the sunroom surrounded with large windows and seating for your morning coffee!! Then you will head into the newly renovated living room with a 65" Roku TV, a sectional and two large seagrass chairs. That will lead into the kitchen with all appliances, a Keurig, Drip Coffee Maker, blender, 2 full sets of dinnerware, pots/pans, bbq set, knife block, loaded spice rack, wine opener, plenty of plates, bowls, drink glasses and more!

Once you grab your cup a coffee or glass of wine, take a seat in the dining area/breakfast nook or in the back sitting room which has a large sliding glass door that looks out to back yard full of beautiful flowers and plants! This room features Murphy cabinet with a comfortable queen pull out bed. This is also where the backdoor is located to go out to the paved patio featuring patio furniture, a propane fire pit, dining table with an umbrella!

Off of the back room is the garage which features a washer, dryer. This is also where the bicycles, beach chairs, cooler and fishing rods are stored, which you can enjoy for free with your stay!

The 1st Floor also features the master suite with a comfortable, king pillow top, the second queen bedroom…both bedrooms have 42” Roku tv’s and closets with hangers! The bathroom has a bathtub/shower and along separate second shower!

**Included with your stay is fresh, high quality linens in all bedrooms, towels, complimentary shower toiletries, paper products, some cleaning products and a case of bottled water to start off your stay without having to run to the store!**
