ILIKAI MARINA NOTICE — Spalling Work Update
Spalling repair on the Ocean/Marina-facing side is nearing completion, but intermittent noise disturbances may still occur during work hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We appreciate your continued patience and understanding as we wrap up this phase of the project. The overall building spalling project remains on schedule for completion by late September 2025.

The Ilikai Marina located at 1765 Ala Moana Blvd, 3rd Floor.

The unit was clean and pleasantly decorated. It was also warm. Definitely needed the air conditioning. The kitchen could be better equipped. Not even a baking sheet .... which we needed. Constant dripping of hot water in shower. Also, the bathroom door stuck, which was annoying.

The living room furniture shown in the photo was not the furniture in the condo. Instead of a sofa there was a very low futon (hard to get up from). We only found out 2 weeks before we arrived that the building was undergoing outside maintenance and we would not be able to use the balcony. We assumed we would still be able to open the windows to get fresh air. But no, the balcony door and window were screwed shut.

Close to wikiki and the marina

Great location if you want to be close to wikiki but not burried in the crowds. We were close enough to walk to everything we needed but far enough the we didnt have to trample over people right out the door. Parking was 33 a night which is steap but compared to some other places we saw cheap for wikiki. View out the back was great watching the boats come and go.

Location is great, by everything: beach, restaurants, etc. large space, has everything you need from chairs to towels to garbage bags, etc. I was able to catch the fireworks on Friday. I would absolutely stay here again. My only complaint is that their fridge was on the highest setting and ruined about $70 worth of my groceries.

Overall experience...

We had an issue with some lack of cleanliness and an item or two not functioning, but management was quick to respond and handled the situation to our satisfaction. Overall, the experience was very pleasant. This is our second time staying at this property and we will gladly return to it in the future.

The water and AC was turned off for 2 days, internet spotty, Technicians came twice to reset theTv’s. Lots of noise from the street, 730am building construction and trash can by front door. Furniture was nice but appliances and electronics old and very run down. harbor area very dirty and Lots of homeless people around. Would not stay this building or area again.

In Transit Housing

When we arrived, the kitchen sink was backed up and they weren't able to get it fixed until the next day. We basically went almost 20 hours without being able to use the kitchen sink. We could never figure out the bedroom TV, but the living room TV worked fine. Overall, it was a good experience with just the kitchen sink issue being the only real problem.

LOVED this place!

I gave five stars for “Accuracy of Listing” but honestly that isn’t true
 The owners have made some beautiful upgrades that aren’t reflected in the pictures yet. The primary bed is an extremely comfortable king bed, and the sofa bed has been updated to a comfortable, modern piece. The kitchen table and chairs have also been updated to a cute modern white set. Air conditioning was great (very important for our Alaskan family), and we had no trouble parking in the deck attached to the condo. Pro Tip: Be sure to get the parking pass that allows you to come and go as often as you like. Friday fireworks were beautiful from the balcony. Check in and out were easy, and communication was great. We will definitely be looking to book here again when we return.

They responded when we had any issues, the parking was an issue cause online says one thing but we you try to purchase a daily pass you had to pay more. We parked on the harbor parking right down the street. It was a good location & overall basic if you won’t be staying that long in the room cause at the building there’s not much to do.
