Important Notes

Monthly Water Shutdowns: Occur every 2nd Tuesday of the month from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM for building maintenance.

AC Construction Notice:
From Sept 3 to Oct 29, AC cover work will take place Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM. Noise from drilling is expected. Weekends/holidays excluded, though some quiet work may occur on Saturdays. Mahalo for your patience.

We follow a Strict No Refund cancellation policy:

We do not allow shortening of booked stays.

Extensions or additional days may be accommodated upon request.

Guests are responsible for personal belongings, damages, or loss during their stay.

We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or illnesses on the premises.

Guests with assisted animals may incur additional cleaning fees if damage is noted.

Lost & Found Reminder

Please notify us promptly if you’ve left any items behind. We’ll do our best to help recover them, though retrieval is not guaranteed.

Guests cover any shipping costs. Unclaimed items are discarded or donated after 30 days.
