It was a good property. Clean linens and the room was clean. Our air conditioning wasn't good it would run for 10 to 15 minutes then it would cut off for 30 to 40 minutes.

This hotel is tucked away from a very busy road so it is nice and quiet. It was very roomy and comfortable-a good value!

Perfect for an over night stay with the family.

This hotel was perfect for the price and area we were staying in. It was only a few minutes away from restaurants and shopping centers. The check in was quick. The bed was very comfortable and big enough for my husband and our daughter to sleep in all together. I will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in Pearland.

Would Book Again Anytime!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
I have a large family. So we always get a room with either a hide a bed, or an adjoining room. This room was large and spacious with a hide a bed. For the first time EVER I slept as well on their bed, as I do on my own! Great room temperature when we arrived, enough towels for EVERYONE to shower without asking for more. The swimming pool was open and clean during the normal operation hours. The only thing I would have liked to have seen was bed sheets on the hide a bed. There was a bed pad like item that loosely fit. As tired as we were when we went to bed, it sufficed. Also, it would help if the employees staffing the front desk would be knowledgeable of giving directions to/from their location and surrounding attractions.

Smellly

Cons: pet smells
Although the staff was very friendly and check-in was easy, I would not recommend this hotel. It is a pet-friendly hotel and it smelled like one on the third floor. The hallway smelled of wet dog. One of our neighbors had two little dogs that yapped day and night. We also noticed urine on the floor in the elevator. I don't have any pets, but had pet hair on my clothes. That means that there was hair on the bedspread where I laid my clothes. I did not even consider sitting on the chair in the room after that. The room looked clean, but it must be difficult to remove all of the hair. I have allergies, so I was uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel.
