My Room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The staff was responsive but they could not accommodate my request for adjoining rooms that I had. Instead of moving to a single room, they provided me with a room freshener that somewhat resolved the issue until the a/c kicked on. They tried! Also, the pool & hot tub did not appear to be clean so we were not able to use those facilities. And the treadmill wouldn't work. The beds & pillows were super comfortable & the room was well appointed. Despite the challenges I faced, I would recommend this location highly.

Our toilet stopped up at 130 am. They did not have any maintenance folks so we had to move to another room. Some of our party we're sleeping, next morning the toilet stopped up in that room also. We had to use lobby toilets. The hotel said any complaints would be noted but we had to discuss with Travelocity

We booked two connecting rooms and We had to switch rooms three times and with four kids it was quite a hassle . We ended up not getting the room we booked and end up in a single bed in our kids in the other room and we had had to put our 3 and 6 year old on the couch. Very disappointing!!

I liked the lobby but didn't like being told I couldn't bring my breakfast to the room. Also the refrigerator was so loud I had to unplugged it and ice my perishables. I had to physically go to the desk with problems because they could not answer the phone. The phone in the room cut in and out and was missing buttins. Also they put a hold on my bank account and have held it for over a week and when I called they wanted me to call back later with an email address for my bank. When I asked to look for the email address while on the phone he hung up. I am on vacation and need my money that I should not have to work to get back since there is no reason to hold it. It was never disclosed that I would have money withheld beyond the room expense.

I reported to the front desk that the door on the side of the building wasn’t latching so anyone has access to enter the building. He acted as if he didn’t care. He barely acknowledged the complaint. Such a safety concern.

Nice , very clean hotel

Pros: Price went up on booking through Travelocity.
Cons: For the money; Wish it had a free continental style breakfast.
Location: Convenient, plenty of restaurants nearby.
Nice hotel, friendly staff, very secure badge entrance only parking.

Holiday Inn Northwest

Pros: Cleanliness and the hot breakfast.
Cons: Offer a larger laundry area. Both basketball & softball teams were being accommodated that evening with a very long line for the washer & dryer.
Location: Sports.
Nice, clean room with friendly staff and wonderful hot breakfast!
