"Great stay!!! Just be aware when using the electrical coffee maker in your room, not to use the plastic cup; the machine won't do anything until you place the organic paper cup 😅 I made that mistake by just wanting to reheat some water to pour on my instant mashed potatoes cup I had to eat for a late arrival. I called the reception and they were very helpful and were going to replace it, until they figured what the issue was 😅 They also informed me there's a microwave on the 3rd floor. Thanks"

"A great hotel. Stayed here while attending a conference. The room was small but well-appointed and functional, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were pleasant and hospitable. Good location, within an easy walk of the train station, CN Tower, and waterfront. Would definitely stay here again."

"I enjoyed my stay at One King West. My room was quiet and well insulated against noise, the beds were very comfortable, the space to work was well organized with a real office chair. There was a kitchenette that I did not use, but could be convenient. It was ackward to hang clothes in the kitchen, but there are drawers under the tv. The bathroom was very clean and there was good water pressure. Check in and check out were smooth and quick. Internet was a little slow, but was good enough to work. It is definitely a fantastic option for the price in downtown Toronto!"

"Very well situated for events at U of T and the suite was very spacious. Kitchen was new and ok equipped but the bathroom was very dated. Large king sized bed had a very hard mattress. Window coverings also need changing. The staff was very nice and helpful but, for the price, this place needs to be spruced up!"
