Not the best

The suite had lots of room and having a kitchen and living rooom was convenient. However, it was dated, the light in the bathroom was the equivalent of a night light, the bed squeezed bad everytime i rolled over, the main door into the room would only open about 12 inches and the hallway was pretty dark especially by our room because lights were not functioning. Would expect more from Hilton. Tried to let manager know my concerns, but they were too busy to talk to customers (per front desk).They share a parking lot with the Hampton. Next time, I'll stay there.

I did not use the pool or hot tub or fitness room. However, the hotel is in excellent condition. Our room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. Our air conditioner was a little noisy but otherwise all the upgrades were wonderful. The breakfast was the best I ever had and we stay at hotels that serve breakfast frequently.

Bed bug

Found a bed bug on the last night of our stay. Took a photo of it for my records but took the bug in a plastic bag to the front desk and informed them of the problem. I took a business card for the manager of the property and called the next day. Left a voicemail message which was not returned. Called again the next day and spoke with a manager who said they were unaware of the problem. I asked if that meant that they had rented the room the next night without investigating the situation and they said they didn’t know. I asked for some sort of financial compensation as there were five of us staying in a 2-bedroom suite so all of us had to immediately wash all clothes and wipe down and inspect suitcases before bringing into our homes. No call back for days. Called three more times and left voicemail messages with no response. Eventually, I saw a credit back on my credit card for around half of the cost of the room for two nights. No call, no apology - nothing. I stay at this hotel twice every year to visit family, we stay in the most expensive room in the hotel. I think I deserved an actual response and to have the entire room comped. I will not be staying there again.

This place is falling apart. The only good thing was the breakfast. The internet doesn’t work. The tv goes black constantly. Our bath tub and sink wouldn’t drain. The counter top was literally broken and falling off so we couldn’t use the bathroom sink. And the door to our suite wouldn’t shut. You had to force it closed and open. That’s definitely a safety hazard. Waited all weekend to talk to a manager only to be told she’s too busy today. They couldn’t put us in another room because apparently they were sold out. I just can’t even. This is one of the worst stays we’ve ever had anywhere. And they won’t refund us or help at all. I was given a manager card and told to try to call tomorrow even though we’re checking out today.
