Enjoy down time on the spacious patio within view of the Association's heated pool and hot tub. You'll love the comfy kitchen, dining room, and vaulted living room. The Master bedroom suite features a California King bed with a private patio, and two guest bedrooms each have a Queen. Enjoy the beauty of Indio, Indian Palms Country Club and the Coachella Valley, and if you're here for concert season, you'll find this the perfect respite. WiFi is available throughout the property and our 55" Roku TV features 200+ channels. A DVD player is available with dozens of movies. En suite washer/dryer. We adhere to professional cleaning practices and all upholstery and carpeting is deep cleaned. IMPORTANT NOTES: due to Homeowner's Association rules, this condo can only be rented for a minimum of 30 nights. The lessee does not need to occupy the property for the full 30 day period, but the term of the agreement must be 30 days.
