Jobos Vacation Rentals is conveniently located right on Jobos Beach. At only a few paces or minutes by car to the best surfing spots, scuba diving, paddle board or just relax at one of our breathtaking beaches. Walk to Jobos, Pozo de Jacinto and the lovely Paseo Tablado, a boardwalk with the incredible views that surround us. Tropical restaurants with ocean views will entice your palate just steps from the Studio. View the magical and spectacular sunset while enjoying a refreshing coconut water.

Private and gated property with parking, surrounded by nature, on the main road, just steps to the ocean. Guests should be comfortable with the sound of roosters, parrots, and birds that surround us. The “Pozo de Jacinto” is right at the back of our property, and in front there is a mangrove. Sundays are usually busy at the beach and the area. Air conditioned, 32" smart tv, wifi, kitchenette, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, queen size bed, dining area, water heater, surf racks, outdoor shower, private gazebo with 2 hammocks, 1 chair hammock, swing, bench, bar with stools and lounge chairs with its table. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob. We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and we wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. We clean the studio using expensive cleaning checklists. We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines.

There are 2 vacation rentals apartments on the property. Each apartment with independent entrance, and each has its own private gazebo. The property was designed with privacy in mind. The only shared area is the parking area.

A very clean and relaxing stay. The location is perfect for exploring the island. I hate to say how great it was because I want to be able to get reservations in the future. You are a short walk to Jobos beach. (Heads up: Keep the gate closed!) Food is easy to find nearby as well as places to celebrate happy hour. Overall this was a wonderful stay and excellent lodging. Yes, I would do this again.Richard

Unit was immaculate with lots of attention to detail. Great correspondence with hosts. Excellent location to jobos beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Unit was small but we expected it to be. The outdoor area was a life saver. Had a great time.

Small but perfect

When I opened the door to this perfect, spotless, little beach get-away, I thought, 'oh this is small', even though it is perfectly represented in the pictures. But, it is so well laid out- like a boat- and the outdoor space is large and covered and private, with hammocks and tables and a breakfast bar, that we actually only stayed in the room to sleep, shower and make breakfast and lunch. Otherwise, we were at the beach, in the cabaña or walking on the boardwalk, eating at a local restaurant, snorkeling, or doing some other wonderful outdoor activity. So it turned out that the tropical studio apartment was the perfect size! We loved every minute in Isabel. Even though on the weekends the neighborhood can get pretty loud with music and car traffic, it stopped by 11 pm and in the solid little apartment, you could hardly hear anything. Even the roosters were just a tiny background sound. We loved this place and will be back.

The kitchen comes fully stocked (if you plan to cook). Perfect space for one person, a little tight for two but still fine if only staying for a couple of nights (but can lead to feeling cooped up if it rains all day). The Host was very responsive to all questions. We felt safe and secure and the space was extremely clean. We enjoyed the option to walk a short distance to several food places. We LOVED the little outdoor cabana, but we recommend picking up bug spray for the mosquitoes. When it didnt rain, the boardwalk and running/walking path you could easily walk to were awesome! We really appreciated that they provided beach chairs, umbrella, and turkish beach towels. The sounds of roosters and traffic (you're literally right off a road) can be heard but are fairly easy to tune out. However, if staying on a weekend or special holiday, be advised that the nearby restaurants can be loud with music and harder to tune out (as can the occasional car that loves to blast their music with the windows down); however the hosts provide foam ear plugs. You are very close to two great beaches, but you dont have a direct ocean view. We paid the same price for a bigger place right on the water in Stella, so the value for this place felt a little lower (but that's just based off of our priorities for a stay). We did come across the people staying in the other apartment a time or two but we couldn't ever hear them through the walls and we felt like we had a decent amount of privacy.

Private paradise

This place was beautifully landscaped and SO very clean outside. The private patio with a well laid out lounge was such a nice touch. I did appreciate that they ask the question to close the driveway gate as they come & go and lock up if you are the last ones in for the night. I frequently saw the owner cleaning the yard and he was so friendly and willing to help. I was easily able to communicate with the other owner via the VRBO app to have our water heater changed. They were on it!! You should definitely try this place
