"Wonderful view from my room balcony. Will stay here every time I’m go to Vancouver. Only snafu is they do not accept debit Visa cards for deposits. I find that very disappointing. They were very kind to pull out a debit machine from somewhere and take a $200 deposit and return it once I checked out but had told me they won’t do it again."

"When I checked in, I was told that I was upgraded to a larger room. But when I entered the room, it’s a corner unit and the layout was wired - the bed is far from the washroom and the room where the bed is so small that I had to be very careful when walking to the washroom otherwise I would just walk into the corner of the bed. The room was VERY COLD AND NOISY! The room temperature was preset to 21 degrees?! And even when I increased the temperature, it’s not warm up at all! I am feeling getting a cold! Hardly slept at all since the noise from the street was so clear and I curled up the whole night to get myself a little warmer! A terrible experience! The stuff was nice tho. "
