All the staff were very friendly especially Sergio who helped us with our luggage’s & explained all the amenities in our room. The restaurant Boulevard in the hotel also has a good variety of good quality meals & desserts. Location is great & very close to restaurants & shopping. The only thing is there’s a fire station close by & it can get noisy. But they do turn off sirens after hours. I’ll stay there again for my next visit to Vancouver

Hotel staff all very friendly, & check in was great. Food at Boulevard restaurant was great & award winning desserts were creative & delicious. You cannot beat the location being close to shopping & many restaurants. Room was clean & well kept.
