Room was clean. Staff was patient helpful and friendly. Exceptional service, the manager who helped me was on her way out the door, but when she saw me, she asked if I had a room key from the switch, and was able to provide me with a key, saving me a ton of time, and the hotel was accommodating to help give me the room I paid for.
