The rooms were nice and comfy Rms were clean. Several hotels including this one have projects upgrades to facility and thus all the pools were closed

The pool was full of bugs and supposedly closed for repair. The rooms were filthy so we had to buy bug spray and blankets so we could sleep in the beds. I would never stay there or suggest this hotel to anyone.

Great place and a great breakfast

This property was very nice. The furnishings were in great shape with little wear. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were comfy. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Hotel was out dated but you get what you pay for. There was dirty clothes in the bathroom from previous guest so I’m guessing they didn’t clean it after the previous guest left. Room didn’t have a fridge or microwave. Wouldn’t stay there again.

I didn’t even stay at this location because the photos were not the same as provided on hotels.com. There was no sign on the location to the property to indicate that it was the same hotel as I booked. There was several homeless people hanging out around the property and it made me feel uneasy. The property looked very run down and not taken care of.

Filthy, nasty hotel - don’t go

*Only hotel w no sign light on. *I arrived at the Countryside Inn & Suites after a 6 hour drive with my two hairless terrier dogs (one of which is a service dog) *The worker Insisted on charging me $20 each for my dogs which was NOT mentioned online. He also wanted to charge me for my service dog, I had to prove it and he had to “make a phone call” *The 2nd floor smelled like dope and mothballs. Outside of the elevator doors the trash was overflowing and it smelled like something was dead in it. *My dogs found cookies in the corners of the room and against the walls of the room. Obviously was not cleaned *The bathroom could NOT have been cleaned. There was pubic hair everywhere! Toilet/bathtub.. and there was also poo in the bottom of the toilet amd splashed on sides - that doesn’t happen after it’s scrubbed- same with the stains on the side. I flushed it and some were gone so it wasn’t even flushed! *Urine caked at the bottom of the toilet. Bathtub was so gross there was no way I was going a shower in there. I pulled down the sheet unfortunately, I found a public hair and a long strand of hair and I stopped.. then went to the other side to try to lay down…boom- Dirty bedspread. This place is Totally Outdated! I would t even care as long as it was clean. I choose this place thinking it was way better than some “quality Inn” or motel 6.. well, I’d say it’s the same level, just more money! I just flushed a-lot of money for no sleep or shower!

We stayed for 4 days. Not once did housekeeping come to clean or remove trash from the room. Upon arrival there was a used bar of soap left in shower. check in was easy & mini breakfast was ok. pool was out of order, but no indication on website of this.

Hotel is definitely not in great shape. No sign on the hotel. We had ask if it was the right place. Very sketchy area as well. The grass was overgrown. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was dated but clean.

Found dirty socks in one room we rented and the room smelled like stinky socks. The second room we had rented also had dirt on the floor in the closet and the door to the room was in need of repair. Would like to request a refund and would not recommend staying there
