The view is incredible. The place did have the feel of a rental property versus a vacation home because of the lack of decor and colorful artwork. We had stayed in a 3 bedroom villa right before this with family and they had used a designer and had so many fun tropical touches that made it feel like home.The bed and pillows were very comfortable and there were plenty of good quality bath and kitchen linens. Oddly, the top sheet on the bed was different from the bottom sheet and pillow cases (which were super soft and luxurious). The unit was clean and offered everything we could want and more!The travertine floors were clean but stained. We have travertine floors in our home too and they do tend to look dirty when not deep cleaned every so often even with regular mopping. Whatever the maids are using on the travertine in the shower has kept it spotless. The double shower heads is also a very nice touch!The beautiful wood floors have buckled at the closet entrance and the door has been removed because of this. I ended up putting sticky notes on the floor as a visual clue because I kept tripping over the bump. We were especially pleased to find a nice box fan in the closet since it is requested the AC not be set lower than 72 degrees. The box fan made it nice. We live in Houston, TX and my husband is use to the over air conditioned spaces so he was nervous about not being able to lower the thermostat. It ended up not being a problem for him though with the fan.

We absolutely loved this place! The view is exceptional (maybe the best view in the complex) and the sound of the waves lulls you to sleep at night. I believe this is one of the only studios with a King bed vs queen which made a difference for us, and the light, modern decor was lovely and added to the beauty of the place. At these condos, you get the best of both worlds. A full kitchen, a beach locker with all you’ll need, a wonderful lanai with a lounger and table, a pool, hot tub and great beach, and easy access to all the restaurants and bars at Turtle Bay - views are exceptional at the lobby bar, the breakfast place and sunset bar. We also loved how close delicious food trucks were in Pupukea and Kahuku, and the beaches and drives on the north east and north west sides of the island were beautiful. We’ve always gone to Maui, but now we can’t wait to come back to this place!

Beautiful property, immaculately clean and accurately represented by the listing. Management was responsive within minutes to a small issue we had on arrival. Large storage locker chock full of beach toys and equipment. We lacked for nothing!

This place was perfect for our family of 3 celebrating my husbands 50th. Comfortable and beautiful. My only suggestion is a bit larger of a refrigerator so you can keep a days worth of food easier and an ice machine near by.

Schöner Aufenthalt in einer gepflegten Anlage

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in einer gepflegten Anlage. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung. Lediglich die Ausstattung der Wohnung 317 ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Mobiliar wĂ€re dringend zu erneuern. Alles in allem wĂŒrden wir gerne wieder kommen.

North shore done right

Great location, elevator access, parking and getting into room was very easy. Felt very safe and private. Everything worked- very comfortable. Easy drive to shrimp snacks , haliewa. Turtle bay has all the amenities!!!would stay here again!

Great location. Condo is somewhat dated furniture needs update. Would be nice if it had a full sized fridge. Printed TV instructions would be helpful also.

Lovely stay

Nice condo, clean and spacious with a very nice view from the Lanai. Immaculate grounds with easy beach access. Only things that would make it better are an updated mattress and more/closer grill access. Would stay here again.

Great stay, just as described

We had an amazing week at the rental. Communication was fast when needed. 317 was a quiet room and we could hear the ocean at all times. The view is beautiful and just what we needed after a day of exploring Oahu. Parking is seamless and having our own spot made things stress free. Just about anything you need is available there or within a 10 minute drive. We walked to restaurants/cafes on the property. We would stay again.

Stunning Ocean view

The views from the balcony are breathtaking! This place has everything you need, from boogie boards to snorkel sets. We loved every minute of our stay, things could not have gone any more smoothly.

Winter waves and sunshine

This was an amazing villa. So close to the waves that we could sometimes feel the spray. Villa was super clean, well appointed with high end kitchen and bath. Well stocked for beach and exploring. The view of the ocean was completely unobstructed, and we saw whales on the horizon. We will return for sure and highly recommend this villa and the management company.

Perfect Place! You won’t be disappointed!

We booked this property at the last minute and the owner was very responsive. They sent us an email with the check-in information and provided a detailed breakdown of the property and the benefits of staying there. The parking was great and you didn’t have to pay the resort fees that you would at a hotel or resort. When we walked in, the ocean was right there. One step out in the balcony and I knew we picked a winner! The unit was clean and had everything that you would need to maximize your experience. The storage locker with beach stuff was awesome! It provided us with chairs and other items that make a day on the beach perfect. Turtle Bay resort is close. You can eat at multiple restaurants on the property via a short walk. The shared beach is protected by an outer reef which keeps the larger waves of the North Shore at bay and allows for snorkeling and other water activities. I would definitely recommend the property and plan to come back in the near future! What a great experience and perfect place for a nice vacation!

Great location

Great location, having the amenities of the hotel just steps away but the convenience of a condo was the best of both worlds. Enjoyed the golf at Turtle Bay, limited ocean holes but a nice course. Unit was as advertised but some of the furniture was starting to get worn and because there is no dishwasher we found some of the silverware to not be clean. Overall, a very good experience.

This is the most amazing Villa!

The most amazing Villa at Turtle Bay! Close enough to the resort, yet private enough to enjoy the quiet. Clean, well stocked
