Room 100 above the reception area, seems to be a repurposed broom closet, no AC only an uncontrollable vent which blew out a foul greasy smell early in the morning. The window blinds were in tatters. A small open closet was behind the night table extremely difficult to access and poorly constructed. The towels rack had holes in the walls around it and was too small for the bulky towels which were wedged in behind. No wonder the rack pulled away. Switches roughly cut into the door moulding in the bathroom. A tall tub on a 4 inch high riser making it hard to get in and out of, no grab bars, and a tub/shower diverter that just only worked occasionally. It was like a poorly constructed guest suite in someone's basement. And all this for only $178.41 CAD a night! Ridiculous!!! Despite previous positive experiences I've had at Ramada by Wyndham, I'll give future bookings a serious second thought.

Bathroom was terribly dirty. Dirt in corners and hair and dust on register and toilet. One towel for each and when they took the wet towels they didn’t replace. We had to ask for more. I asked for a receipt upon checkout and was told because I paid online thru Expedia they would send me the receipt. At 6 am I wasn’t about to argue. I get home 12 hrs later and I see I should have received the receipt at the hotel. Also, Expedia quoted me $301 per room, I booked two rooms for two nights. Hotel ended up charging me $307 per room. What was the extra $12 for? I don’t know because I don’t have a receipt.

The facilities were very run down, and the room carpets did not look fresh and clean. We went to the hot tub and pool which were not in good repair. The towels were grey and worn. The ice machine was out of service. Would not stay there again for the price was four star but the facility was two star.

The stay was good overall. Price was very competitive. We were eager to go to the hot tub but we found out that it's out of order. Please put some air freshener in the washrooms specially, as there was a bad odor when we got to the room. Eventually it vanished when we left the exhaust fan on for some time. Pretty good overall.
