The good: The staff here were kind and helpful. No complaints there. The bad: The facility is very run down and dated. Room was tidy but not clean. Stuff on walls, stains on carpets etc. The pool is like soup and paint chips are floating in the water from the pool deck. Cost $330 all in for one night labour day weekend.

I won’t sugar coat it. The hotel is run down. It needs to be upgraded. The pool area is disgusting & needs to be cleaned. We wouldn’t let our children swim in the pool. Waterslide didn’t work, no jets in hot tub. Mattresses are OK. Carpets are disgusting. Staff & service was good.

It was my forced choice for the price but I wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone. It was irrevocable when we had to wait additional twenty minutes for the room to be ready when we arrived already 2 hours past the check in time that we had informed them.

I booked due to the picture online, looked amazing, instead I was directed to the upper floor of a run down accommodation that needs desperately updating. It was above 30 and the air con was barely felt. I asked to be put on a lower floor and they would not indicate how long I would have to wait, and I was willing to. Won’t be back

I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, there was 1 chair in the room, no TVs in either bedroom. The carpet and tiles are at least 35 years old. And the suite smelled of dirty feet. I did not walk around the room without shoes. A small TV in the living room. Dangerous balcony very loose railing missing screws, dangerous walking trip slopes. The hot tub was just refilled the day of our arrival. It was cold for hours also the jets did not work, there was a moldy pool cover rolled up in the corner, all the paint was n nearly completely pealed from the floors flaking everywhere. The pool water you could not see through it was soo dirty. The water slide was not turned on for kids (I did not bring children) The only reason we got this hotel was for a working jetted hot tub after driving for 8 hours. Did not happen. I did a pre check online for faster service. Still took 18 min to get checked in, and that was after our room was still not ready at 2;00 for check in. There was many safety and cleanliness concerns. The only good thing was the bed. I will probably never book a Ramada again.

Great location and amenities. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Could use a fresh coat of paint but overall an excellent place to stay in the heart of British Columbia. Would recommend this location to anyone.
