Never stay here again,,,

Breakfast was limited with very little food to eat; was not replenished. The garbages were overflowing in the dining area. The coffee was like water. The towels were supposed to be white but were grey. The couch in the room was filthy so much that I would not sit on it. There was a bug in the bed. The pool was disgusting. Peeling paint. Murchy water. Smelled terrible

The staff work really hard which is nice. The rooms are not good. Lights and fan not working. Toilet had issues, had to switch rooms to shower, the secobd room carpets were wet.

Sad service

Traveling with 90 yr old and specifically requested "accessibility room" Once we arrived they had already given this room out. They did not bother to advise prior to arrival no room available. We had to search/ call around to accomodate 90 yr old and a second room for us. Still waiting for FULL reimbursement.

We stayed a couple years ago and property has declined drastically. The door frame fell off, nails hanging out of it. The carpets were not clean, stains on the armchair. Pool was slimey and had green build up. The step out of the pool was brown, and the other one in the deep end was not bolted in properly. Water slide is only available during certain hours. The railings around the property were questionable and safety was a concern, especially with young children. There is also no elevator, and unfortunately we were on the 3rd floor, with 5 young kids lugging up luggage, car seats, etc. breakfast was not very good. Overall super unhappy with our stay compared to a couple years ago.
