No I was told pool was heated pool it was NOT HEATED. It was cold when you went in and being so windy when you got out you were cold. Yes it was 83 degrees out but being by the ocean water was like ice.The owner told us Washer and Dryer....not true you had to take your laundry down buildings to coin operated machines you use your Visa card to pay. I was very unhappy and so were others that were told they had washer/dryer in condo. Owner needs to say "Coin Operated Facilities on property" very misleading.

This was a wonderful condo with beautiful appointments. Everything was fabulously updated. The grounds were impeccably maintained. The pool was cleaned every morning, 7 days a week. Barbecue barbecue grill area was maintained daily. We couldn't have been happier. This property is centrally located close to all eateries in shopping.

This is a beautiful property. It’s nicely furnished; everything is fresh and there’s just the right amount of personal touches, pictures and books etc. The kitchen is well stocked, the shower is great and the bed is really comfortable. The apartment is ground floor so easy to get bags into and the rear patio area is yards from a pool and beach. The property is also brilliantly located to explore Kauai.

Adventures in Paradise

This complex is gorgeous and uncomplicated. The unit is prettier inside than pictured and the view is better too. We would definitely stay here again. We loved the Coconut Coast of Kauai for our home base and appreciated the heated sparkling-clean pool and easy ocean access at Lae Nani. Condo interior remodel was very nicely done. The pull-out couch was not comfortable and most of them aren’t. Wish owners would install Murphy beds when possible instead as in general they make for better sleep. Thank you so much Mr. Berg for making your beautiful piece of paradise available to other people. We thoroughly enjoyed our adventure. Mahalo
