Very nice room with a magnificent ocean view. Centrally located. They have beach umbrellas, chairs and coolers at no wxtra charge. Yhe people are very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel was okay but the trash cans in the foyers, stairwells were constantly overflowing. I never saw them empty the entire stay.

Staff were very friendly and check in/out was smooth. Room was fairly dirty and hadn’t been deeply cleaned. Sofa and chairs had visible dirt marks on them. Bathroom tile had not been cleaned for some time. Overall size of room was great and shower was fantastic. Not a bad place to stay for the price/location and with some cleaning, it would be a 5 star rating.

Place is very outdated, couch in our room was covered in stains. Our bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. My two kids had to sleep on the pull out couch and it too was very uncomfortable (most are). Thankfully it was just for one night. The location and pool were the good parts. Right on the beach and the pool was clean.

I never get a vacation first of all. I will be in debt for years over this but I wanted to celebrate my daughter’s 18th and Highschool graduation. Upon arrival the lobby is super cluttered and their complimentary breakfast is left over banana bread. Finally get to room only to notice the filth on the fan blades (1inch thick of dust and grime), filthy mirror that’s never been cleaned, mold and dust all over the air unit and the blinds.. fingerprints all the over the fridge and microwave! Let’s not forget the roaches floating in the fridge. Go to crawl in bed and can smell a stench of old dirty head on my pillow and there was hair on the sheets. Had to ask housekeeping to come replace the sheets and the worker came storming in slamming stuff around, like we were a problem. Asked to have ceiling fan cleaned when we eventually ask for housekeeping? They decided to come clean the fan without permission on entering the room.. kinda felt violated! The free bike rentals left us stranded a couple of times due to the chains coming off. Wanted to do a load of laundry to have something clean to wear home and that was out of order! Such a great location but whoever is running the place it’s going downhill. A refund for at least a few of the days would be great as I will no longer book with hotels.com. Super grossed out and will never stay or recommend Hotel Coral reef

The best view! And we walked out our sliding glass doors to the ocean.

Amazing views of the sunrise right outside our hotel.
It was fun to see chickens everywhere. They do crow at all hours of the night though! So bring some earplugs. They are all over the Island
