Beautiful Air Conditioned Condo with Lots of Charm and Character. 2 Swimming Pools Onsite!

The Space:

This beautiful air-conditioned home is well maintained and in "like new" condition. You will love being this close to the beach, and relaxing in comfort when not on the go. The kitchen contains all the amenities if you decide to skip Kauai's local cuisine and cook at home. One queen bed in the first bedroom and a large Queen bed in the second bedroom. The condo is located in the heart of Kapa'a. You'll be within walking distance of shopping, dining, bike and snorkel rentals.

Guests have access to the entire property and are entitled to use both swimming pools including the oceanfront pool in front of building A, or lounge at the shoreline to watch the sunrise.  The property includes several buildings, and guests may also use the game room in building A as well as the gas BBQ grills beside building A.

THE CONDO IS AIR-CONDITIONED

For our guest's protection we: - sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
- use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination

- clean each room using our extensive cleaning checklist.

We love the location because our guests can walk to many shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The Kauai walk/bike path connects by sidewalk just down the street and goes for miles right up the Kauai East Coastline

Kapa`a town was mentioned in one magazine as the prettiest town west of the Mississippi River.


Getting Around:

A rental car recommended, however The Kauai Bus, Uber, Lyft and Taxis are available.

Our stay at this condo was really great. We really appreciated all things provided like beach chairs and boogie boards. It’s perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Safeway was walking distance along with many restaurants. Overall, highly recommend!

A Wonderful Week in Kapa'a

The condo was the perfect for a couple of girlfriends sharing a week in Hawaii! Great location, you can walk to several stores, restaurants, bars, and even downtown Kapa'a if you have time! We enjoyed our stay, the condo was super clean and the lanai was extra large and wonderful for afternoon hanging! 10/10, would stay again for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great middle ground location to hit the north and south areas without to much driving. Kitchen was well stocked. We loved having laundry in our condo. The pool was quiet and clean. Great stay. A little tight for four people, especially for sitting in the family room but otherwise no complaints!

Perfect couples home base

This was a very comfortable and well outfitted property for our 17 night stay. It was a perfect size for a couple, the kitchen had every piece of equipment we needed to cook in most days. It had beach chairs, equipment, toys and cooler to spend a day outdoors. The central location was great as a home base to visit north or south of the island. The beach fronting the property is not ideal but there are many others only a few minutes drive (or longer walk) away. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay here and would rebook without hesitation.

Clean but cozy

This unit was ok for our stay as there were only two of us and we did not spend a lot of time there. This unit would be cozy for four, as there is only a loveseat and a chair, your fourth would have to sit on the bed for movie night. The 2nd bedroom lacks a dresser. Location is good to access both ends of the island, it’s right off of Kuhio highway and Kapa’a bike path

Great little apartment!

Everything was as stated on here! We LOVED staying here! We chose Kapaa because we were on our honeymoon and we wanted to be in the middle of the island so we could go north or south! This truly is a great location! The apartment is up-to-date and has everything you need! Perfect for two people! Or a family of 4! The only honest downside is the parking lot is small but you do have a reserved parking spot so don’t worry about parking!

If it had been adults only, we would be giving a perfect review. However, we had a 1-year-old with us and no high chair was available. The indoor seating (tall barstools without backs) made it difficult to feed an infant. That’s the only criticism we have. We would totally stay here again.

Beautiful condo in a great location

This condo is beautiful. I stayed here with my teenage daughter. We were late in booking our accommodations on Kauai and were a little worried about the lack of reviews but there was no reason to be worried. Booking, payment and arrival were seamless. The condo has everything you would need, including a great view of pool from the balcony. It is in a great location. Safeway, an ABC store and a few restaurants are within in a 5 minute walk and you are in the middle of the island (North vs. South), so it cut our travel times in half. The condo did not become overly warm but there is air conditioning in both bedrooms. I would love to stay here again.

Perfect Location!

This was our second visit to Kauai. Beautiful island and this rental was the perfect location. Many perks! The rental was clean, well stocked with everything you need for your beach vacation (beach chairs, snorkel gear, etc.) and very spacious. Loved the outdoor balcony plus the fact that it had a designated parking spot. Just a short walk from the rental, there’s a nice beach to take in the sunrise each morning. Staying here you’re located in the center of the island, with many shops and restaurants nearby plus easy access to the North and South sides of the island. Highly recommend the drive, it offers picturesque views of the island with great beaches to explore! Checking in and out was very smooth and we loved the fact that it was very quiet and peaceful here. It you’re looking for a relaxing vacation with a home away from home feel, this is the place to stay!

Pictures of the beach are not representative of the property. It is not beach adjacent, it’s a building and a parking lot away. We had a good stay but I think the pricing (extra fees) is too high for what it is. The management company sends a bunch of emails but leave out details till right before checkin which I found confusing. But we had a good stay and there were no problems.

Amazing Trip!

Our stay at Kauai Kailani was amazing! The view from the balcony and the couch is breathtaking. Sunrises are right around the corner from this unit - a short walk away. This unit has two rooms with AC units that made sleeping very comfortable. There is no AC in the living space and kitchen but opening the window shutters in the bathroom and the sliding doors on the balcony made it very nice. This unit was a part of the beach view units and it felt like a small community because everyone was on their balconies at night, kids playing the yard, and in the pool. Tina was very helpful at addressing the washer not working and was able to get us a restock of towels half way through our stay. A new washer/dryer stackable is on its way over from the big island. We absolutely would return to this property. They are great with communication as well.

Great location

This apartment was a great location! I would say that it isn’t exactly toddler friendly. You would need to lug your stroller up and down a flight of stairs because there is no elevator. Also, no high chair or crib option. So would need to consider bringing that. The bar chairs weren’t the safest for our 3 & 1.5 year old so it was difficult feeding them. The pull out bed in the other room is a bit loud when you move. Other than that, the place was great. Property management team was very responsive.

Week 3 in Kauai

This property was not as nice as the other two we stayed at during this trip. The unit is quite small but I knew that from the listing. Expected another tv since there are two separate bedrooms. The bedspread on the back bedroom bed was filthy. Didn’t even want to place our listening it or sit on it. Glad to see the chairs in the closet and plenty of towels. In the kitchen was constantly washing dishes as there were so few. Not enough for a day of meals with just two people! Also no utensils for grilling. I noticed other reters having issues with the grills as well. This unit is exceptionally noisy. Hi way traffic, chickens at 4 am, and people. I’ve been to Kauai many times but never had windows like these that makes it seem like you are outside. Very noisy! Surprisingly this unit only had 1 tv despite two bedrooms and a small living room. Disappointing. The tv selection is not good either. Appreciate the washer and dryer and the supplies In The panty. Easy to get to the beach. Didn’t use the small pool filled with locals.
