PERFECT APT bright, clean & spacious near eateries, shopping, market & bike path

A nicely appointed space in a quiet complex. Very clean and spacious, suitable for one or two. Property is in a Non Smoking complex that accommodates both residents and visitors. Located steps from the beach and a few minutes from eateries, coffee shops, food trucks, shopping and the market, this is an ideal location.

Take in unspoiled views along the 9 mile Kapaa Bike Path suitable for riding, biking, walking and jogging. Shopping, bikes or ocean activity rentals are available nearby. Try delicious authentic Hawaiian food and local cuisine a short walk away or at a luau on an adjoining property. Immerse yourself in their hula and fire dance show. Situated on the East Side of the island along the Royal Coconut Coast, you less than an hour away from the North or South Shores and 20 minutes or so from Lihue.

Renting a car is highly suggested. If you prefer not to drive, the Kauai Bus is available Monday through Saturday for you, keeping in mind that there are numerous stops in between and drop off points are limited.

Most furnishings are in like new condition and constantly updated or rotated and meticulously maintained due to the proximity to the beach and salt air.

The full kitchen is stocked with many extras which include full spice rack, cooking oils, unperishable condiments, tea and coffee assortment and more.

The bathroom has also been fully stocked with basic personal essentials, first aid kit, sunburn gel, make up wipes, hair appliances and more.

Unlike most rentals (hotels included), ALL of our beddings (including comforters & quilts), throws & blankets, decorative pillow covers, rugs, etc are washed after each check out.

As it is customary in Hawaii, we do not use footwear inside of our homes.
We welcome you with pride into a comfortable and thoroughly clean space where eco friendly products are used whenever possible.

Please note that a valid photo ID needs to be provided for each guest over 18 if you choose to rent this property. No children under 13, extra guests or pets.

We had a wonderful time here. The home was really cute and clean. The location is convenient to food places and there is a grocery store nearby. It’s also so close to the beach. Instructions on how to find the unit and how to enter the premise were clear. Our host was also very responsive and so kind. I would love to come back and stay here again. Highly recommend!

The best location! We spent days north and south and west and all were an easy drive from this condo. Also there is a big Safeway across the street. Also an easy walk to Coconut Marketplace. We cooked many meals and everything we needed was there. Bed was comfy and everything super clean. It’s exactly as described. We are already planning a trip to come back next year and will want to stay here!

We loved staying here on our first trip to Hawaii. It was convenient and cozy, a great little home away from home! The house was well appointed- everything we needed was there. We were so appreciative of the little extras that I didn't think about - beach chairs and towels, a cooler and ice packs to use, shopping bags and more! Joya was an amazing resource, giving us great advice on where to go and things to remember which made our trip even more enjoyable.

Kauai vacation rental

This was our first experience with VRBO and it was an amazing one! The condo was very clean and in a perfect location. Just steps away from the beach and down the road from some great restaurants and stores. Joya is a pleasure to work with and even had a welcome basket waiting for us. I’ve stayed at more VRBOs than I can count and this location had a spectacular host and was immaculate. I would stay here again without question. Perfect location between North and South Kauai. So many things to see in the immediate area. Host provided numerous tips for great restaurants. Wonderful experience!

Great home in central Kauai

Very nice two bedroom condo in central Kauai. Condo had all the amenities and kitchen equipment to make our stay very easy and convenient for our family. Location is quiet and very easy to get to. Would recommend to stay again.

My wife and I have used multiple VRBO locations. This was by far the cleanest and best equipped one we have experienced. The communication with the owner was great. I would highly recommend this location for your Kaua’i vacation!

Clean, charming condo with extra well-equipped kitchen

My sisters and I had a great stay. We were particularly impressed by the surprisingly generous spice rack and wonderfully stocked kitchen that even included items we didn't expect, like a rice cooker. The unit was very clean. We appreciated the extra beach towels and mats, too. The host was welcoming and responsive.

Excellent Location, Amazing Hospitality

This location was perfect for exploring the island for a week. The hosts went out of their way to make sure our experience was fantastic, including even the smallest thoughtful things like snacks, extra towels, dental kits, etc! Kapaa Work Trip

The house was exceptionally clean. Great location, close to lots of good food and cool shops. Joya was a great host. I had some parts for work delivered to the condo but they didn’t show up till after I left. She went and picked it up for me and held onto it till I came back the following week. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others!
