The ocean front view is worth every penny. The furniture was nice and padded! This can be a rarity so close to the ocean. The chickens were thinned out so our morning wake-up was pleasant. The beach bar is a nice perk and a plus being walking distance from restaurants and shops.The garden areas are beautiful with orchids grafted to the trees.

The location was 5-stars! Being able to hear the waves on the beach all night long was so sleep inviting and being so close that the beach was right there. Just walk out and its right there! The bed was newer and comfy. There were contractors doing building maintenance during our stay but we were gone seeing the island then so no problem. it's not a kitchen, rather a room with a toaster oven, microwave, and dorm room refrigerator. My expectations were higher on the "kitchenette" since I primarily cook meals. Kapa'a is the best location for a home base for the North side or southwest sides of the island. Passion Bakery has the best coffee of the 8 different coffee shops we stopped at and is a little walk to the west from Islander on the Beach.
Seriously...this is the sunrise view from the room!

Great location on the ocean. Close to restaurants & shopping. Not far from the airport. Biggest negative were all the roosters. They are cute, but not when they start crowing at 3:00 in the morning & crow every 15 seconds. They kept us awake so sleeping was not the best. Property itself was great

The location and the room were wonderful! The grounds are beautifully maintained and we loved the easy access to nearby restaurants. My only suggestion is to provide an easier option to get additional towels. We did a lot of hiking and could have used extras.

Great location by the beach! Me and my wife had breakfast every morning on our balcony and looked at the ocean and mountains. Speaking of breakfast, we recommend to anyone looking to staying at this location bringing an electric griddle since there is no stovetop (as listed by the owner). It had everything we needed for a nice stay!

MAHALO for the Best Place to Stay

Everything was as described! The view was great and everything was nice and clean! It was soooo nice to have the added touches of the beach towels and chairs. It’s in a great place on the property where you are not surrounded by buildings on all sides. It was so safe to walk from the parking lot to the apartment. The staff at the Aston was very knowledgeable and helpful for any questions. I am staying here again next time I come!

Great location and view, average condo

My partner and I enjoyed staying here. The view of the ocean and sunrise was beautiful! Also the location next to the Coconut marketplace is super convenient. The room was a little outdated but overall fine. The bed is thin and hard if that’s what you’re into. Another thing to note is that it’s quite busy (not loud) with people walking by on the cement walkway/path directly in front of the condo. Parking was a bit limited at times and we had to park out on the street by the marketplace one night. Pool and hot tub are nice and they have a bar with a bartender that opens at 3 pm. .

What a location!!!

We could NOT get over the view! Oh my goodness! We will never forget it! If we ever had the opportunity to go back, we would stay here again, no questions asked. The loacation was great, easy to get to the North and South side. The convenience of all the walkable business's nearby was such a bonus. The grounds keepers kept the property absolutely spotless. We have nothing but good things to say about this location!

Waves and Sunrises

We loved watching the waves crash and the sunrise from the studio deck. The location had many amenities and was close to shopping areas, especially Kapa'a town. The studio had beach supplies that were appreciated. All of the sights and hikes were easily accessible from the Islander on the Beach. We look forward to returning.

Love LOVE Everything!

The location of Islander on the Beach was perfect! 15 minutes north of the airport. Right in the middle of the island. Heading North to Hanalei was a 50min drive and heading south to Waimea was roughly 50minutes. The resort was clean and beautiful. The pool/jacuzzi area was just as nice and the pool bar was the cherry on top. Our room was a studio room over looking the ocean. Going to sleep with the waves was so relaxing. There is A/C for this unit but most nights we slept with it off and slider open. The room is not fancy by any means, but it is quaint and cozy :) Being able to wake up and enjoy my coffee on the balcony while looking out onto the ocean was the best part. We ended up extending our stay one more night. Premier Kaua’i was so accommodating. Everything was done through email along with sending us new codes for our door. Being able to celebrate our 8 year anniversary/honeymoon without any issues from where we stayed was beyond our expectations. We will definitely be staying here again! Who knows, maybe we will own one of these units one day! Thank you Premier Kaua’i & Islander on the Beach!

Wonderful view and location

My husband and I stayed for 10 nights. The view from the lanai is beautiful. The location is good for travelling to other parts of the island, or if you don’t feel like driving there are several options for food within walking distance. We enjoyed the pool and the Tiki Bar, which had live music on Fridays. The room was good and as pictured. We would definitely stay here again!!
