Three new 8000 btu air conditioners. One in living area and one each in bedrooms.Rare, top-floor on ocean side of the building with only four units. Remodeled and fresh.

Overlooks paved, 9-mile coastal biking/walking path, sunning beach, and ocean cove.


Second (top) floor with front and back lanais. Each with seating for two. The back lanai offers ocean breezes and slight ocean view. Enjoy morning coffee while looking at the sparkling ocean and oceanfront path.

Grocery stores and restaurants are along the walking path. High-end resorts are on either side of the complex Spa services and luaus are offered at adjacent resorts.

This unit is located just off the ocean. (100 yards). There is a small resort on the ocean front.

This complex is adjacent to the paved, oceanfront biking and walking path. The path runs for 9 miles. Bike rental and e-bike rental are available.
Enjoy the privacy of a unit in a a four plex building with private lanais. There are high-end resorts on either side of the complex. Resorts have public access to beach. The paved oceanfront walking path runs in front of complex.
