Coconut Grove Beach Apartment at Village Manor is a comfy and extremely affordable 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, beach-side Kauai condo vacation rental is perfect for your holiday getaway.
This cozy second floor end unit with approximately 634 square feet of living area comes fully equipped with a king size bed in the primary bedroom, two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and a sofa sleeper upon request. Two twins can be converted to a king bed upon request at the time of booking. Housekeeping fee applies for sofa sleeper or king bed conversion.

Ceiling fans are located in both bedrooms and living area to circulate the ocean breezes. No AC.
Apartment kitchen is fully equipped for "home" meals and living room comes complete with flat screen TV. Patio located off of the kitchen is great for morning coffee or tea. Beach Gear provided includes: Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler.

Coin operated washer/dryer located on property.

We love our stay there!

It is probably a little small for our family of 5, but enjoyed every minute there! The property is clean, very close to shops, nice small balcony where we had our breakfast every morning.

Pretty well appointed in kitchen, bath & bedrooms. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of fans. Some thoughtful additions would be welcomed, such as air freshener, more storage containers for food. Really nice location

Overall a good area to stay in

This place is in a very good area of the island. It’s very close to multiple restaurants and stores. It’s not too far from other areas of the island and has a short walk to a beach. They provide a cooler, chairs and an umbrella which was very useful. The place itself was definitely enough room for two adults but might be crowded for a family. There was an ant problem even though we tried to keep it as clean as possible. Overall, it’s in a good central location and worked well as a place to sleep and eat.

Convenient to everything

Close and convenient to many different attractions in Kauai, beach, restaurants and town. Property was clean and check-in process was straight forward. Definitely consider this place if you planning to visit Kauai.

Great location and space

This was a great place to stay. Just a short walk to the beach and minutes to drive to grocery/bars/coffee/food. It’s also halfway between the north and south shore which makes them both reachable. Check in was a breeze and the unit was clean. Would definitely recommend!

Nice place, Central location

This was a nice place to stay. Be advised that it has a very small bathroom in the master bedroom but no shower in there. Just one shower for the whole place. One bar of soap for everyone to share. We found several roaches the first few days but they stopped showing up after that. We liked the location in that it was easy to get to all the stuff in the North and South from here. It was clean and comfortable. Very close to a nice walking trail right along the beach for some amazing sunrises. Also close to groceries and restaurants. The roosters were insufferable. Non stop all night. But when the windows were closed it wasn't too bad. I personally had to use ear plugs. Overall great place that we would stay in again but wish it had another shower.

Excellent for the price range. We didn’t read the fine print closely enough and missed that there was no air conditioning. Still very comfortable with windows open and fans on.

Great place to stay.

We had a great time, stayed for a week. Great access to shops, bars and stores. A great running trail goes north starting just a few streets north. Beech very close, rocks may appear at low tide. Other beaches just a few minutes walk. Watched Whales from our beech. The condo is super clean and has everything you need.
