CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of your deposit, unless the rental period is rebooked at the same rate.
2. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes to your travel plans.
3. Rescheduling Policy: Any reservation changes made within 45 days of arrival will be treated as a cancellation.
4. Non-refundable Transaction Fees: Credit card transaction fees are non-refundable. These fees are assessed by the merchant of record and include charges from credit card companies—not from Island Living Homes.
Guest must follow all the resort House rules that will be provided upon arrival.
