Excellent property and location. The booking and check in process went smoothly. The unit is well equipped with everything you need for a day at the beach. We did have a minor issue that was remedied almost instantly. Make sure you give yourself extra time to dry your clothes as the dryer takes a very long time. Over all great experience

Amazing location. Great unit. Comfortable beds. Easy communication with management company.

Home is equipped with everything you need (although I would suggest washing furniture pillows- they are dirty and stained). The rest was great. Unit has spectacular views, amazing location, easy access and very comfortable beds and pillows. Managing company was easy to deal with and very accommodating when our flight was canceled. Not only did they allow us to do late check out they also were able to give us an extra night, so we did not have to search for another apartment

Beach Villas are amazing

We loved our stay at the Beach Villa's - our unit and view were fabulous. A few things in the unit are a little dated but that did not disrupt our stay. We had a couple of minor issues that Jason with Ola Properties took care of immediately. We would use Ola Properties again and stay at the Beach Villa's. Mahalo until next time.

Fabulous villa and location

This villa was excellent, clean, had a great view of the sunsets, located on ko Olina lagoon that was perfect with no waves, excellent for kids and us. The villa had great views of the sunsets and the staff at the property was super nice. The management company rep who greeted us was super sweet. We couldn’t have had a better time at the villa and this beach front location.

Convenient. Clean, and rekaxing

Our 2b/2ba unit was perfect for our family if 4. The look Arte lanai was perfect for all our meals. We had our groceries delivered via Instacart. Kitchen was well outfitted and there were enough trash bags and soap for our week stay. Fantastic view of the lagoon with easy kid friendly snorkeling. Disney 4seasons and Marriott are all a quick walk for dinners. We also walked over to the marina for our catamaran sail. We did not get a car. And walked only. Super relaxing vacation.

Fantastic place!

We rented this villa for a group trip, and it was more than amazing. The view from our deck was outstanding. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The unit came with beach toys (so great as we had kids with us), chairs and other beach amenities. Very helpful. The kitchen had all we needed and towels, etc we're well stocked. The resort was beautiful and pool area and pool bar we're the perfect hangout place! Walking distance to the ABC store, restaurants and golf. We will be back for sure!!!

Perfect!

This condo was ideally situated for our family. Coffee on the lanai, watching the light change and the ocean as the sun rose, followed by mornings in the pool, lunch on the lanai in the shade, afternoons at the beach, and then dinner on the lanai as the sun set. The condo was clean and the bath tubs were huge!

Great spot for some R&R! Very family friendly property

4 friends enjoyed our stay at the condo over New Years 2020. The condo was super clean but there was no antibacterial soap provided. We loved the patio and it's furniture (super comfortable) and enjoyed most meals outside. We did a lot of exploring of Oahu daily and looking at our activities, this might not have been the most convenient location if you're planning on running around a lot. We loved the neighborhood though (very luxurious), the area restaurants were great, the beach here is super kid friendly (no waves), the sunsets were great, and the pool was beautiful (but full of kids if you're not into that kind of thing). Nearby beaches to the north were fun as well. We had a couple maintenance issues but they were quick to respond and fix them. Only things we would add to the condo would be: a cooler to take to the beach, a newer smart TV would be nice for streaming/mirroring, 1 or 2 more large bowls/containers with lids, throw pillows and blankets on the couch. The check in process isn't "automated" and we felt bad making the manager wait for us after a long wait at the car rental place at the airport. I suppose that's their prerogative to have that system though and for what we paid to stay here, we shouldn't have felt bad.
