You'll also have access to the pool and BBQ areas, which are just a quick 5-minute walk away. But that's not all! NOTE:

• Oahu's zoning laws require this home to be a minimum 29-night rental.
• $1,000 Refundable Security Deposit (In addition to the total rental amount, a $1000 hold will be placed on your card upon check in and will be released no more than 14 days after departure if no damages are found)
• Please be mindful of electricity use during your stay. There is a $450 monthly cap. Anything over the $450 monthly cap will be the responsibility of the guest.
• This property has 1 parking space. Assigned parking is for standard or compact vehicles only. We may not be able to accommodate oversized vehicles or large SUVs. Vehicles must fit in the garage. If you arrive with a vehicle that does not fit into the garage, you might be turned away and not allowed to check in.
• Coconut Plantation does not allow overnight parking of Commercially Registered Vehicles.
