Hands down the coolest hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was very clean, updated, and the artwork is astounding! Good location, very quiet neighborhood with a nice restaurant next door. Smooth check in process and very good communication. I highly recommend Artello and will be staying there every time I travel to Kennett Square!

I was initially unsure about staying here but it turned out great. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The nespresso in the room was a perfect touch, along with tea and a variety of coffees! My only critique is that the parking lot lacks lights - we arrived at 10 pm and had to use our phone flashlights to see where we were going.

Phenomenal value! Loved the artsy vibe of this very clean, convenient hotel. Also loved the thoughtful, high quality touches—glassware, ceramic mugs, Nespresso maker with Columbe coffee, yummy honey sticks, delicious local teas (and discount coupons to local shops!), no-plastic slippers, large lighted magnifying makeup mirror, etc. Thanks, Neil for making no touch check-in easy and for your swift replies to questions. Fun, arty rehab of an old roadside motel. It’s ok.

If you’ve seen Schitt’s Creek, this is like that. An old, rundown roadside motel that has been refreshed with new paint and nice amenities, but no changes to the original room size or orientation. It was on the bad edge of downtown - easily walkable to shops and restaurants, but don’t go the wrong direction. It’s a nice enough place, but no front desk (they assign you a lock code for your room, so there is no “check in” process). Their gimmick is that each room has art on the walls. It’s fun and funky, but I’ll probably look elsewhere at the price point.
