"Loved my stay at this property. I would definitely stay here again. Friendly staff and property was gorgeous! I actually loved the accommodations. We had the fortunate experience of seeing sea turtles down the beach from the property. Safe and affordable. We had a water alarm go off during our stay under the bathroom vanity next to the kitchen. I called maintenance and they responded promptly to my voice message. Maintenance made sure to come back to check in on the issue. My only feedback was the cleanliness of the room when we arrived and the washing machine. There was a chocolate candy bar on the floor under the kitchen cabinet and also a chocolate cookie in the cabinet where the trash was. These things of course do happen but good to give a once over in the kitchen area before new tenants arrive to avoid roaches or ants. We did not realize the washer didn’t work until after I purchased laundry detergent and towards the end of the trip. Maybe the water was turned off due to the other issue? Not the worst thing and I did not report it I’m sure if I had, it would have been resolved. This is truly a family friendly condo association and if you have a vehicle, it is close to everything you need/want. I would recommend Maui Sunsets to any family traveling. Thank you Maui Sunset! "

"Very comfortable unit with great view. It had everything we needed. Loved the location with beach across the street and food trucks and gardens behind the condo. The owner is very kind and responsive for any needs. Can't wait to come back!!"

"Amazing view, beautiful grounds and complex! We had a blast using the pool, sitting on the beach watching the whales breach and turtles swimming about. The property is well maintained and the host was great. The sunsets were spectacular!!! We loved every moment there :)"

"From the moment we stepped out on to the balcony our daily stresses melted away. While the building is a bit older we had everything we needed. It was clean and very comfortable. Soft, comfortable bed, cozy yet spacious living area, nice kitchen, and even had backpack beach chairs, ice chest, beach towels, and a boogie board! There is a beautiful sparkling pool as well but never needed since the beach here was calm and warm 😀 The owners and management were gracious hosts! We cant wait to come back, I can't think of anywhere else we would stay."

"The Treehouse suited my wife and me perfectly. I think it would be a challenge to fine a place that is more peaceful and tranquil, as far as a vacation rental in Kihei. It is also a nice place to view the sunsets."
