Checked in early on a weekend. Hoped to use the hot tub. There was a large family or maybe 2 with all varieties of pool toys, balls, inflatables monopolizing the pool. Kids jumping in and out of the hot tub. When we went to the front desk, the manager sarcastically said, first come, first served. Isn’t everyone a paying guest. When I talked to the manager in the morning to express my disappoint, he didn’t care.
