I did not get queen size bed, twin beds, night manger called me to say king size bedrooms were sold out. Electric jacks were defective, could not charge my phone. Next day I contacted a different manager and changed rooms, the first manager lied to me. I could not find my sweater when packing to check out reported to front desk, magically it was found, returned

Location is close to Kuta beach and loads of good eating options. Room was nice, generally quite new but a few issues with sliding doors and hooks needing some maintenance. Room had a balcony, but practically pointless as only a view of the concrete wall of the building next door. Staff very friendly. Reception area really nice. Roof top pool area and breakfast was excellent. Would happily stay here again.

Neat area. Right across the street from the beach. Lots of food and shopping within walking distance. We stayed on the third floor and heard music from the restaurant on the sixth floor every night. Lots of noise transfer from the hallway. Doors slamming, kids running down the hallway. This is not a paid advertisment for Loop ear plugs, but if you don't have something close to high quality ear plugs, I would consider staying someplace else.

I enjoyed the free self service laundry. The breakfast buffet offered lots of options. The room had a balcony. High Noise level from the street and surrounding bar. Major complaint was the staff told me my 12 year old could not sit in the gym next to me while i exercised even though the sign said children could be there if supervised.

A very small balcony, ( impossible to even sit outside) overlooking a brick wall of the property next door. Very limited places to hang clothes, no drawers ( lived out of suitcase) weird set up if open bathroom into bedroom. Infinity pool looks gorgeous in the brochure ( it is quite stunning) however room for 6 couples only on lounges, hardly any shade. Hotel breakfast was made up ( in part) of left overs from a poorly attended buffet the previous evening. Staff very lovely. Would not return

We enjoyed our stay at tribe. The food was excellent. The staff were incredibly attentive. The rooms were comfortable with icy A/C. The street noise was loud at night but not sure if you can ever get away from that. It was very convent to get around. The beach is across the street. . We had the best time!!

Really good option in Kuta. Priced well and had a really good restaurant attached. The rooms were well done and nicely appointed. Staff was very friendly! The floor in my room needed a more thorough cleaning, but otherwise the the room was clean. They host a free comedy night every Tuesday of local comedians which was the highlight of the stay!
