We found our stay at this property enjoyable with a clean room and comfortable beds. I will say though that our room was on the top floor only accessible by stairs which was not on the property listing . This was inconvenient as we would take the elevator to the 2nd to the top floor and then had to lug our suicases up a narrow staircase to our rooms. Only communication we had with management was via email as there is no one on site. There is a microwave on the main floor and laundry if needed. I bought a new suitcase from Amazon amd had it delivered to the hotel the next day. We went out for the day and my big box was sitting outside the door when we got back. Overall it was affordable and nice location. We did end up taking a cab to the subway when we checked out as it was a bit of a walk to get there with all our luggage.

Excellent area to stay in Kyoto. One of the best hotels for budget stays I've had. The beds are stackable so if you're missing a couple beds make sure to unstack them as the bed covers are accounted for each in the closet. Shower has a cool design and the water has a high flowrate so the shower is strong.

Cheap, good enough for a short stay.

The hotel is cheap, in every sense of the word. It is unstaffed, but unfortunately the savings haven't been converted into a better guest experience. No hand towels (!), no table for a quick meal (despite ample space for it), no towel hangers or shower curtain in the bathroom, no soap dispenser in the toilet (which is separate from the shower). Any one of these would be just odd, but the combo screams miserliness. My room was clean, but friends traveling with us had a smelly kitchen sink. The towels weren't changed during my 3 night stay, I wonder what would have happened if we had stayed longer. On the plus side, there's a washing machine in the room and a washing room with dryers downstairs, and the location is fairly good. Would only stay again if I didn't find any alternative at a similar price point.

Pensez à consulter vos e-mails à l’heure de mise à disposition du logement. Vous y trouverez les codes pour rentrer dans votre appartement. Pas de location vélo comme annoncé.

お部屋やお風呂トイレなど清潔で気持ち良く利用出来ました。底冷えすると聞いていましたが、ホットカーペットがあったので大丈夫でした。ハンガー掛けが押入の下の段にあって、ロングコートを掛けるにはちょっと難しかったです。エアコンを付けると乾燥がすごいので加湿器があると嬉しいです。全体的にとても良かったので、また利用したいと思います。

お掃除ロボがんばってます！

良かったのは、お風呂とトイレが別、洗濯機で洗濯出来た、お掃除ロボットが外出中働いてくれた、プラスチック製の皿とカトラリーがあったところ。
