This hotel was excellent for our needs. We loved the proximity to the Kyoto station, the shopping mall next door, and lots of food options. The staff itself was super helpful, the hotel lobby and common areas were grand, and the washing machine came in handy. The bathrooms are a little on the older side and could use some updating, but they were clean. Our main highlight was the breakfast. It was top notch and unique every day. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Return stay. Was here a few years before the pandemic and it looks the same. Everything clean and working fine. Large hotel across the street from Kyoto station. Easy to get to/from the station. Lots of shopping nearby and places to eat. Breakfast was very good and crowded! This is just a good place to stay if solo or part of a tour. Staff was excellent as usual.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. The airport limousine bus stops right there and the train station is right across the street. Avanti mall is next door and Aeon Mall is a short walk away.
