The hotel itself was awesome. Huge rooms, felt safe and staff were helpful. Unfortunately it was a bit of a walk to the station, and it seemed quite far away from a lot of things.

This was a lovely hotel, with excellent facilities and friendly, helpful staff. The room was huge and beautifully decorated with lots of extras, such as a coffee machine and tea making equipment. Breakfast, both the Western & Japanese style were absolutely delicious. The location was quiet and residential and a few minutes from some lovely restaurants and a 7eleven. It was about 8 mins walk to the nearest bus-stop.

We had a pleasant stay at the Kyoto Brighton. Rooms are spacious and the property is well maintained. Restaurants were very good. Our only complaint was that the beverages in the room refrigerator appeared complimentary but found out at checkout that they were not. Maybe a sign would help.

Our stay at this hotel in Kyoto was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make sure our family felt comfortable and welcome. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed after long days exploring the city. My kids especially loved how peaceful and quiet it was—we all slept so well! The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with both Japanese and Western options that made our mornings even better. Perfect Stay at Kyoto Brighton Hotel Everything about this hotel was good! The staff provided outstanding service — very polite, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was challenged — we had to get a taxi to get to the metro and train stations, but the hotel made reservations so we can get in our tour on time.

방이 넓고 침구류가 편해서 잠을 잘 잘 수 있었다. 욕조가 있어 피곤한 하루를 마무리하는 데 많은 도움이 되었다. 조식은 일본정식이 맛있었고 정갈했고 조식부페는 음식 종류가 많지 않아서 아쉬웠지만 맛이 있었다. 근처 지하철역까지 셔틀버스가 있어서 자주 이용했다. 만족스러운 숙소였다.
