Simply the most amazing hotel I've ever stayed at. I just loved the lobby - it felt like the palace in Dune, so open and artistic and beautiful. The room was wonderful. There was also an iPad that easily controlled lights and AC and it was not clunky at all, rather super easy to use. The staff were immensely friendly and helpful. Can't say enough about Thousand Oaks and I will definitely return.

Superb hotel with a zen feeling the moment one steps into the lobby! Room was large, clean and comfortable. Liked the tablet-controlled lighting, air-conditioning and curtains. Included the breakfast option and it made for an excellent stay overall.

We highly recommend this hotel. It is in a great location and within walking distance to everything. Also, a prime location to connect to other Japan cities and it is extremely convenient location for day tour pick ups.

We really liked the room and the lobby. The way the bathroom is setup was especially impressive. The location was very convenient to get to and travel from. The only thing we weren't as into was the breakfast. The staff were excellent and incredibly friendly. I would definitely come back.
