2 minute walk from the main Kyoto station, room size is what you expect in Japan but was still big enough to be comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful, if you know a little Japanese or many I spoke with had very good English.

Great location across from Kyoto station. Breakfast was good with a lot of Asian offerings and a few western options. It was helpful to have laundry facilities available and convenient to see the open machines from the TV. Room was great except there was a lot of dust visible on the vent over the entryway and the headboard light was hanging down, held on with some tape. Overall a good stay but a few maintenance issues in the room detracted from the stay.

Great for our family of 4. 50m from the Kyoto train station. Awesome room and bathroom. Breakfast was very good, but only included 2 coupons per day although we had booked the room for 4 people. Would definitely stay here again. Had bag storage for us after we checked out as well. 7Eleven on main floor was super convenient.
