Inside the Home
The gourmet kitchen was just remodeled and has new stainless steel appliances, new granite counter tops and large island to entertain or cook at.
The home has a massive main living area with a newly remodeled wet bar including a new wine refrigerator. This room has two 7' white leather sofas with plenty of seating for your guests, a 75" Smart TV and a large 4 panel sliding glass doors to extend your living space right outdoors.
This home has two dining areas; one formal seating 6 the other casual seating 8 looking right out to the pool and golf course. The floors are tiled, with new carpet in the on-suite bedrooms.
Each on-suite bedroom comes with 50" Samsung class 4K Ultra HD LED/LCD TVs. The Master bedroom looks out to the beautiful golf course with a King Size Bed, on-suite bathroom with new dual raised sinks and spacious deep soak bathtub. The second suite has a king bed, 50" TV, walk in closet and luxury bath. The third on-suite also has a 50" TV, walk in closet and luxury bath. The fourth bedroom has twin beds, but can be converted to a king if you prefer.
The home has free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The home includes 1 gas fireplace, newly remodeled for those chilly nights. The living is very large with fabulous vaulted wood ceiling in the main living area, perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. This is an outstanding property at very reasonable rates! It looks and feels like the high end homes shown on Home and Garden TV. It’s very well maintained and both the owner and property manager communicate promptly and helpfully. Its location is marvelous - especially if you’re coming to Palm Springs to play golf at the world renowned PGA West courses. We plan to come back again next year!

Molly, the host was wonderful. She was continually in contact with me and gave me detailed information about the house before we arrived. Her property manager Renee, met us at the house and gave us a guided tour.The house was wonderful. Even better than the pictures. The kitchen was huge and well- stocked. They even had a milk former.We never had to buy any supplies— plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, paper towels, etc. the pool area was beautiful and the spa had amazing jets.It was the perfect house for us and our kids and grandkids.
