We were a group of 5 older sisters and one husband visiting the Villages for the celebration of brother’s 90th birthday. The location was perfect. The space easily accommodated all of us.The house was clean and had cute decorations and housewares. The welcome wine was a nice touch.

Had a linen supply issue and a dirty (stained) mattress pad on pull out. Host took care of same day. Master bath shower needs water control handle adjusted, hard to find hot water because knob was inaccurate.Happy overall with home and accommodations for 11 of us.

Clean and Simple Property at a good price

Overall it was a nice experience. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because we had planned on using the futon in the office as one of our beds. When we arrived we were told the AC unit in the office is old, therefore we could not get cold air. Also the plumbing in the hall shower wasn't working properly, hard to navigate, we would get cold water and low water pressure. Also the WiFi was on the weak side. Overall a very clean and nice place. Updated kitchen and baths. The kitchen had everything organized. We were welcomed with plenty of water bottles and a bottle of wine. Nice touch.

It is a very neat and clean house. We were able to comfortably have 10 of us there and it did not feel like we’re on top of each other. It was easy access to the villages and it was especially great that it was close to the squares. We would use the house again.

This space has obviously been staged. That being said it is immaculate. I have a family member who usually has to take allergy medicine when staying in rentals. She had no problems. It has all the necessary kitchen equipment and more than a lot of others I’ve stayed at. Great size driveway.

Lovely stay near The Villages

Great place, plenty of beds for all of us to stay while visiting family in the nearby Villages. Easy to get to and instructions for accessing the property were straightforward. Host responded quickly to any questions we had. Would gladly stay again!

FANtastic!

I highly recommend this VRBO for many reasons . . . . first of all, the place was immaculately clean, fresh and decorated tastefully. It was in a lovely quiet location (a residential area) with a wonderful back yard and patio table & chairs. John, our host, was readily available (pretty much at the drop of a hat!) and was courteous, helpful, friendly, yet professional. My friends and I were there for 4 nights and would certainly keep this place on the top of our list for future trips to the area. Thank you, John!

Got Cozy

Great house, close to stores in a quiet neighborhood. My children and I rented the house while visiting my parents to celebrate my mom’s 80th birthday. Would not hesitate to rent this house again!! Cozy indeed.

the property was very clean. We liked that it had sleeping arrangements beyond the 3 bedrooms. Although the property is not technically "in" the villages, it is in a very nice neighborhood with easy access by car to everything the villages has to offer.
