"Our room was very clean. The check-in was trouble-free. Staff is fine: efficient. Everything worked in the room, but it needed some TLC in matters such as paint. The rooms are not easily accessible: steps up into the near building, a very long ramp to access another building. So if you're older or hobbled in any way, be prepared. I think we got our money's worth, since the cost was on the low side."

"Super clean! Breakfast great! The only problem was that I went from far and pick this hotel mainly because on the heated pool , on phone they told me the pool was around 82/88 and didn’t happen when I was there. I was sad and since the kids were skiing all day that was the only thing we were going to do sit by the pool but couldn’t put my feet inside. Super cold and I was super desapointed. So if you go for the pool forget it. Pick a different place but every thing else was good."

"Disgusting: don’t waste your time. The staff is incompetent, the hotel smells like bleach, and they charge for parking. I switched rooms twice due to a noisy fridge and a bathroom smell that made me sick. Go somewhere else. "
