Rocky night in Parsipanny

As we were driving on I-95 on our way to the hotel, enroute from Massachusetts to New Jersey, I checked my email and noticed Hotels.com had sent me email asking for a hotel review *before* we had even stayed there. When I booked the hotel room that morning, I knew the room reservation was nonrefundable. I worried I had somehow booked the night before. Fortunately, the front desk clerk, Peter, confirmed my reservation was for the night I intended. Why Hotels.com thought I had stayed there already and was requesting a review of the stay was an unpleasant surprise. Once we were checked into our room and in bed asleep around 11pm, a Jeep Cherokee, parked outside our window in the neighboring Hilton parking lot, starting honking repeatedly. The vehicle alarm was going off. After about 5 minutes, I got up and attempted to call the the front desk to ask it be addressed. However, the room phone was not plugged in and not working. So I used my mobile phone to call the hotel number, but this time no one answered after it rang and rang. Finally, the Jeep's car alarm stopped on its own. So I hung up my phone and went back to bed only to have the same vehicle start alarming again about 10 minutes later. This time, I got up after a few minutes and, when I went to the window to see it was the same vehicle, I saw a person shutting the door of the vehicle. The alarm stopped. It did not alarm again after that, but it took a half hour to fall back asleep. Not a relaxing night!

I was ok with my room but i couldn’t connect to your WiFi to set my Firestick device to watch my tv… which is paid for and it took 2hrs to find out that I could not watch my tv set which I do at whatever hotel I stay for a few years now… I would like credit towards my next stay

Everything was fantastic We were in for a funeral and were looking forward to some sleep Saturday morning. There was a wedding celebration with LOUD music in the parking lot around 8am!!!!!! It was very disrespectful to those who paid for a bed. Quiet hours should be through 10am. I am very happy for the bride and groom, but the timing was disrespectful.

The hotel is connected to a hilton. You pass a few abandoned building before getting to a confusing parking lot. Check in was smooth and there was decent parking. The hotel itself was nice but the walk to the pool is extremely long because its on the hilton side. Out of 6 floors only two ice machines were working. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. My daughter cut her foot on one of the chairs in the room. Double rooms are spacious but there are no microwaves or mini fridges in the double room. Ordering food to the room is difficult because the address is the hilton which is on the other side of the building. The pool room is hot with limited sitting. All in all its a decent stay for the price

A good room for the price

Above average breakfast setup. Three night stay, room was cleaned only one day for some reason, not a big deal for me. There's a pothole in the parking lot.

I've stayed here before for a big music festival nearby. Last year the staff was a bit indifferent, but this year, it seems that issue was corrected with much more firendly people. The rooms were clean and well stocked with towels and the like and housekeeping did their thing regularly and efficiently. The elevators were the only issue this time with one out of order completely and the other working one, was slooooooow. Like wait a number of minutes slow, especially when there were lots of guests in the morning and evening. Otherwise, all went well, including check in and check out and the free breakfasts were decent, and well stocked too.
