The hotel was in need of many updates and was very worn out. We had to change rooms due to bathroom door not able to close. (Was a sliding door vs normal door. ). Second room was even more outdated and the toilet didn’t work for this room. Looked like mold under sink and along wall by shower. None of the ice machines on the floors were operating and one of the elevators was also not working. They had 2 so one was working. We only stayed for one night and arrived late afternoon so dealt with it but would have changed hotels if we had to be there longer.

Breakfast was okay. Waffles were good, but everything got so messy quickly and no one was cleaning it up. The only bad food item was the eggs. They were fried eggs you would find on a breakfast sandwich at McDonald's, and they were tough and rubbery. But the hotel was clean other than that amd our room was nice.

Our room was clean. We did not care for the location. We were given a handicapped room with was on the ground floor and not to far from the main desk and entry. It was somewhat noisy. We did not request a handicapped room.

Room was excellent- clean and comfortable. Elevator was older and really slow. Bathrooms in lobby (during breakfast) were dirty and without toilet paper and front desk said they had to wait until housekeeping arrived- that was the only disappointment.
