"The design was unique,the staff were very nice, the only complaint was the hot tub jets were not all working and it was more of bathtub than a hot tub, no bubbles so i was very disappointed because that was one selling point for me booking this hotel"

"Canvas is on the other side of the tracks from downtown in a funky neighborhood that is up and coming. The hotel is fantastic and is very hip. I mean, how many times do you check in to see Bam Margera hanging out in the lobby? The building is truly gorgeous and the rooms are fantastic. Get one of the suites (201, 301, 401, or 501) and you are in heaven. There is a small lobby bar and a nice restaurant, along with game table and a nice lobby. The best are extremely comfortable and the decor is an urban version of mid-century modern. The staff is fantastic and the rooms well equipped. I give it a thumbs up!"

"Traveling to Dallas for a conference. Hotel staff were great and friendly. Room was ready on time, clean, spacious and offered a nice view of downtown. I was happy to see the facility had a gym; however some of the equipment was due for repair. It worked for what I needed though. Location was also centrally located downtown. "
