The only things I would say is the pool and hot tub area should be open a little later at least for adults. And there could be a few more options for food in the breakfast, which we did eat at a few times but not always wanting a buffet, and the dining room which we chose not to eat in because of the limited menu

The entire staff from front desk to service staff in both restaurants were exceptional. The property offers great view of Mirror Lake. The room was very clean as was the entire hotel. Many comfortable chairs throughout the hotel plus outdoor seating by the fire pit at night. We will be returning again.

The hot tub and pool area weren’t great. Hot tub kind of small and they kind of missed an opportunity to put it beside a big window with a view of the mountains or lake. Also the same people were just hanging out in it for way too long. They kind of need a better system for rotating people in and out. The actual room was good in terms of cleanliness, but I just feel like it’s kind of lame how every room in the hotel doesn’t have an outdoor view (of the mountains and/or lake). They put me in a room that just looked out onto the indoor pool area, so that was pretty disappointing. I also felt like the hotel layout was unnecessarily confusing (like it was one of those things where the floors disconnect at different points). Seems like it would maybe be less confusing if they just like named or lettered the different wings of the hotel or something.

Had a wonderful hotel stay. The staff was friendly. Dining room view is awesome. Only complaint is the limited hours of operation of the gym- closes at 9:30pm.
