We recently stayed at Avid Hotel for my son’s basketball tournament and I was beyond impressed! This hotel is SUPER clean — honestly one of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The rooms were spotless and you can tell the cleaning team truly takes pride in their work. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and sweet. Anything we needed, they were quick to help with a smile. We needed a later checkout than 11am and they accommodated us with no extra charge, which we truly appreciated. The breakfast was amazing — not your typical continental breakfast at all! Everything was fresh, organized, and again… extremely clean. Ms. Tee is the absolute sweetest! She made sure everyone was comfortable and had everything they needed. Her kindness and hospitality really stood out. Also, Manager McCoullough was wonderful and took great care of us during our stay. He is definitely a great asset to this hotel. The location was perfect the outlets are half mile away, Wawa’s right across the street and plenty of food options too. Every single staff member made our stay enjoyable and welcoming. We will definitely be staying here again!

Small but very clean room. Plenty of towels and good housekeeping. Small gym. Fair breakfast. No drawers or closets, just some hooks and cubbies, but fine for a short stay. Comfortable bed.
