There were a couple of things that proved to be the only reasons I didn't give a better rating. The worst one was that the heating system consisting of a unit located under the window that was so forceful that it created a loud roaring sound even when the fan was on a low speed. Also the hot air heat was so drying that by morning we felt like that we had been cooked. I could not sleep all night. Also the bathroom sink drain wouldn't stay open to drain. The rod under the sink that controls whether or not the sink basin drains or not was broken and was just hanging there so it was non functional. I notified the check out desk clerk of the drain problem.and he said he would notify maintenance.

Probably the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed at my entire life. I’ve been to really nice upscale ones but this one is just perfect.

Very nice and prompt service. Rooms could use some updating and there is no vent in the bathroom. But was very clean.
