I was given a room that was not handicapped which I had booked. Then after being there an hour a person walked into my room saying she was given a key for the room I was in. Because of this my room keys no longer worked. The next day I returned to the hotel after being out for only a few hours and my room keys again did not work. I was then a bit paranoid for the rest of my stay because the end of the hallway that I was on was quite noisy which made my door rattle quite a bit.

Always Perfect!
Comfort Suites is always my first pick. It is clean, safe,- beds are comfortable, great friendly service with a HOT breakfast!

It was less expensive and relatively close to the Lancaster attractions. The hotel itself was very nice and the staff were also nice
