The hotel was very nice, clean and spacious. Unfortunately, between constant tractor trailer activity right outside the front window (and this was on Thanksgiving) and a staff person entering and leaving a door next to us every 15-45 min...ALL NIGHT, I got no sleep at all. Not ideal when you have 5 hours of driving to do the next day.

The employee you referenced in your review was performing security rounds which requires that she enter the stairwell at the end of the hall. Clean spacious rooms, friendly helpful staff, decent breakfast. However if you're a light sleeper, get a room that is not facing the street. Highway 30 is very noisy with truck traffic. I was able to switch to a quieter room for the second two nights of my stay.
