The hotel is well-maintained and clean, staff is pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is average for a hotel. Ask for a room at the back of the building; it is on a main highway (Rte 30) and truck noise is very loud all night if your room is on the front

told black lady at front desk that i had a lung condition that was about 4 pm when we checked in.i asked for 2 more pillows because i have to sleep sitting up in the bed. she told me housekeeping was gone home and she could not get any for me . so it was a long night. next day got them from housekeeping

We booked a 2 bedroom and the room did not have 2 private rooms - you had to go thru one to get to the other - So woild have been cheaper to get 2 single rooms for privacy -

The staff were exceptional even calling the room after check in to see if it was satisfactory and if we needed anything. The free breakfast was the most generous one I have ever seen with a huge variety and abundant supply. Coffee being available 24 hours also was appreciated. Our room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay there again whenever I am back in Lancaster.

Room was not very inviting and comfy, it was just a place to sleep, Bathroom was a seated shower 😔. Could not be smaller. However I must say the complimentary breakfast wa great!
