Bed bugs in the room, bug bites , when I showed them pictures of the bugs on and in the mattress they changed my room for one night. I stayed six nights. The first night I thought it was dry skins. But it was them bugs biting me. My daughter seen the bug in the bed moving and my granddaughter pulled the bug apart the sheets and mattress cover back and we seen them crawling out of the bed. The man supposedly gave me two days credit. But I wanted a full refund. I thinking about calling the health department and sending the picture I took. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with Days ends. Waiting on Expedia to get in touch with me.

I would rate this facility very good and would recommend it to others. With the exception of the shower curtain, which was either moldy, mildewed, or just dirty, the room was very clean. The staff we dealt with were both friendly and efficient.

The room was sparkling clean. People at the desk were friendly and helpful. I had requested first floor room as I had an elderly aunt with me, we were just off the lobby. The room was nicely furnished and heat was as on when we arrived as it was quite cold, as it was December. The tv remotes were even marked for turning on and volume controls, so we knew which to use first. Check in was quick and easy. We were in Lancaster to go to the Dutch Apple dinner theater which was only a half mile away.

Rooms are a little outdated but perfect for a short stay. Room was clean, staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast doesn’t have a ton of options but good enough for something quick & easy.
