Very clean and pretty but Pool was packed!!! No pool towels available due to the amount of people. Thankfully we brought pool towels from home. We had to pick an hour time slot to go due to covid but there was like 300 people there at our time slot no lie. There was some type of event going on while we were there and it seemed we were the only ones not involved that were staying there. The people would try to squish into the elevator with my 6 person family . What happened to social distancing? I feel this hotel had some false advertising. We saw a big blue slide into the pool on photos which was not there my older kids were disappointed to only have baby stuff at the indoor water park. Plus they advertised a lounge and cafe and it did not even open the whole time we were there. They also cut off most of the hotel from last time I stayed here. Disappointing.
