I really was impressed with the staff. Lenon was wonderful. He kept in touch with me and made sure we had a great stay. The only thing i would suggest is the bathroom shower had low pressure and where they placed the soap,shampoo and conditioner contsinets was in an akward spot. Should have been in the opposite side. Not on ftont inder the shower area but should be at back side of shower.

Our room was very damp to the point that our carpet felt wet and our clothes felt damp during our stay. The bathroom had no exhaust which made tons of condensation while showering, even with the door open. After a shower we had a puddle across the sink. In addition, the room wasn’t insulated against outside sound. It was hard to sleep because we could hear everything in the halls and outside.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and made check in easy. We paid extra to have breakfast was a waste of money. The eggs and potatoes were cold, the sausages were dry and hard like they were over cooked or been reheated to many times . The bacon was edible still a bit hard but had some taste. Was very disappointed in the food

This was a terrible hotel. Our room looked like it had black mold all around the perimeter of the ceiling. The room was very damp. The bathtub drain did not work. We left the hotel after the first night.
