Quiet Cottage - Hot Tub and Creek mins from City

Enjoying the views over the Mill Creek, grilling on the deck, and soaking in the hot tub make this bungalow a perfectly peaceful holiday! Our 1-bedroom hideaway has everything you need and is conveniently located to all the Lancaster attractions.

Made with artistic touches and an eye for detail, our 1 bedroom cottage is perfect for a romantic weekend getaway or a family vacation.

Lay in bed and gaze out over the peaceful Mill Creek from the master bedroom. Enjoy drifting off to sleep in the quiet countryside and in the comfortable queen sized bed. Nestle into a good book in the small reading room off the master bedroom or simply take in the view over the Mill Creek. The views from these rooms provide a prime spot for birdwatchers to spot herons, wood ducks, and songbirds.

A pull out sofa in the living room is available to sleep two additional guests as well. The spacious bathroom is complete with a large shower/tub combo. A centrally located kitchen anchors the layout and is fully stocked with everything you’ll need during your stay.

Step out onto the back deck to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine to wind down your day. It's the perfect size for enjoying a meal outside or playing board games. Additionally, a gas grill is available for you to use.

Walk down to the second level of the deck and enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Our hot tub is open and available year round. On clear nights you can point out constellations or simply listen to the quiet night sounds of nature. We ask guests shower prior to using the hot tub.

There is also a canoe for guest rental as well. We ask for $10 as a rental fee. We accept payment through AirBnb, cash, or online transfer. If you use the canoe, please paddle to the left (upstream) as there is a small dam to the right downstream.

This bungalow is perfect for a romantic getaway, small group of friends, or a family vacation.

Please make use of the entire house, spacious backyard yard, and enjoy private use of the hot tub. There is off street parking for your car as well.

Our neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Conveniently located just a few minutes south of Lancaster City.

Just a short drive south of Lancaster city, this bungalow is perfect for anyone attending conferences, dropping in to see the famous Lancaster countryside, visiting F&M College, or taking in a show at Sight & Sound.

Hike a network of trails in County Park and further south along the Susquehanna River too! Ride the back roads around the property on a road bike or motorcycle to see exquisite Amish farms. Visit Rockvale and Tanger Outlets, both only a few minutes away, if you want to shop the day away!

We deeply clean and sanitize the cottage between guest stays. We also recognize that some people prefer a little extra peace of mind.

Our kitchen has a beautiful butcher block counter top on the island. To keep it looking presentable, please use one of the cutting boards which can be found in the cabinets.

Guests must shower before using the hot tub.

The hot tub is open year round.

Please park in the driveway and not on the street. The street is very narrow and it is difficult to get around cars parked on the street.
